| Some of you will remember the days of the tolls on the Skye Bridge  , and the opportunity to distribute welcome packs of leaflets of things to see and do on Skye. When the tolls vanished, so did the welcome packs.  Well, it's widely believed that this was a really useful marketing tool, and as such SLTF are currently looking at ways of bringing back this valuable resource, and distributing them at 3 or 4 major gateways into Skye & Lochalsh. The major objective of this is to try to showcase as much of what we have to offer as possible, and as such, hopefully encourage our visitors to lengthen their stay. We ideally want this in place for the 2009 season, so watch this space for progress reports. Any feedback gratefully received.  | |
